Info

The only JU-52 flying in South Africa is "ZA-AFA" also known as Jan Van Riebeech. This was one of the first passenger planes of the SA Airways. The kit used was a Italeri 1:72 JU-52. Kit number 150.

Colour Scheme

The plane is all over silver with a black nose and black stripe over the wing engines. The serials number was a custom decal "ZS-AFA".

  Last word

Simple kit to build and not to bad for it's age. Only thing to watch out for us the assembly of the wing flaps. Very dainty.
